Looking for Deal Flow in the Lower Middle Market?

by The Deal League 1. July 2012 22:23

It's not hard to find deal flow in the lower middle market, but identifying the right opportunities can be time consuming. Many times deals aren't in the right sector or industry and other times they can be too small or too large.

These companies are  usually privately held, family-owned businesses (2nd or 3rd generation), or entrepreneur-owned and looking for a liquidity event. Often owners are leery of dealing with a broker or advisor who has not been personally recommended.

The Deal League provides the perfect opportunity for these companies to submit a deal to be connected with the “right” investors at the “right time” time in the market

To see our market intelligence for proprietary deal flow, join The Deal League www.thedealleague.com

That 1993 election was really something! However it was NOT the runaway jocon asserts it wasDinkins nearly held on. Were it not for the high vote on Staten Island he might have because on Staten Island alone, ther was a referendum asking for "independence" from New York City. The population there, thinking Dinkins might be reelected, came out in drives, at presidential election levels, to vote for it along with Rudy. Rudy won the the non-binding vote was forgotten, but Rudy's victory was certainly a ground up one!

I recall a couple of years ago how a man crashed his plane in an IRS building, how the leftists tried to say he was a Tea Party member going after the government. Found out he wasn't, but did any of the media apologize and retract their statements? Nah, messes with the narative. Of course there were no calls to regulate plane usage.

Thanks for expressing your ideas. The one thing is that pupils have a selection between federal government student loan and also a private education loan where its easier to go for student loan consolidation than through the federal education loan.

Hello. Thank you for this enlightening post. I work on related subjects and I have got to mention that my research reveals most of what you had written to be correct. Professional tastes aside, it's great to find another person in our type of work that has the same thinking as us. Most of the time, people seem to be focused on the easy way to solve challenges.   Thank you so much

About the Authors

We are a collective group of information seekers, always searching for opportunities in the market.

Some of us like early stage deals - searching for the next Google or facebook. Others search for venture growth capital deals - to help the company get to the next level.  Then there are the Buyout researchers - old school research for old school companies.

Whatever your flavor in the market, The Deal League serves it straight to your doorstep.  Kind of like the newspapers of old, but online.
